1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Brival Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Brival Group LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. Our principal place of business is 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

2. Services

We provide digital business services including but not limited to website development, website optimization, digital diagnostics, business automation, and custom CRM development ("Services"). Each Service is described on its respective page on our website, including scope, deliverables, and pricing.

2.1 Service Delivery

After payment, our team will contact you within 24 business hours to schedule a kickoff call and begin work on your project. Delivery timelines vary by service and are discussed during the onboarding process.

2.2 Scope of Work

The scope of each Service is defined on our website at the time of purchase. Any requests that fall outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

3. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept credit card payments through Stripe and payments through PayPal.

3.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe, Inc. and PayPal, Inc.). By making a payment, you agree to the respective terms of service of these payment processors. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

3.2 Taxes

Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for all applicable local, state, and federal taxes related to your purchase, unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Before work begins: You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if we have not yet started work on your project.
  • After work begins: Once work has started, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. A partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
  • Completed projects: No refunds are issued for completed and delivered projects that meet the agreed-upon specifications.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout and onboarding.
  • Provide timely access to materials, accounts, and content needed to complete the Service.
  • Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays.
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred to you. You own the final work product. We retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-confidential elements in future projects.

We may use your project in our portfolio or case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BRIVAL GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE RESULTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its commercial arbitration rules. The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming. Each party shall bear its own costs.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
